What is your theory about men who wear so much cologne that you need a gas mask around them?

often smokers, as they have reduced olfaction
[i]sometimes[/i] I find this on people with a low income background, where there may be some status afforded this way.
others? they are or think they are extra stinky, and trying to hide it

I find more often that it is women who use too much perfume to try to cover up the fact that they haven't showered. Mind you, I don't get close to guys that much 😊

Sometimes I wonder if they're covering up a different smell or if maybe they were never taught the correct way/amount.

They prolly think the smell wanes over the course of the day so they put "enough" on to last the entire day.

i just mumble.. "what? he's having his time of the month or something?"
