I completely agree with Kamijo. Tell an adult. Especially your teacher and even more so the school director. I'd even go talk to person x parents right away! The school director can talk to the parents about person x bullying behavior at school. However the bullying behavior in social media, is hardly ever any control over, but you can block him on social media (and always be careful who you add as a friend if he might create a new account to continue the bullying).

File a harassment complaint with the police if the school does nothing.
