I Find Peace In Nature

The last week few days have been horrendous. I just left the doctor's office. He's comment to me was: I'm trying to keep you out of the hospital. The antidodics are making me sick. But I'll eat toast or something.

So I decided, who cares what I'm very wearing. I took my heels off and luckily had walking shoes and here I sit. Listening to the water and letting it go into my soul and spirit. I have lots of emotional and physical healing to do.

It amazes me how people from all stages of life can hurt others/us.

Be strong. Let go of those that hurt you. You don't need them. Find and hold close those who appreciate you and make you happy.
@JesseInTX thank you I have. I left all my family and moved states away. I visit the ones that I love and love me.

@LoveYouLoveMe Sorry it was family that hurt you. But if they don't want to respect you then they leave you little choice but to put distance, both physical and emotional, between you and them. A lesson I learned long ago.

wow, I hope things get better for you. Yes, people can be very hurtful.
@76May thank you. They will I know. I just have a tinny winny melt down and doing this helped so much.

Nature refreshes our soul and gives us strength.
@Quimliqer that's what I've found. On this very trail, I've sat and dealt with many painful events. Sometimes the fishermen will catch a fish and pick it up to show me. It's like a huge message saying yes things are bad but look at this blessing.

We have all had those moments. Let others show you they support you, including strangers like me
@ronisme1 thank you. That's how I know I'm surrounded by amazing friends.
