Jack Barnes had this to say earlier today about Valerie Solanas (The women who shot Andy Warhol)

She tried to kill three men. Just because she didn't succeed is irrelevant. The fact she was insane only goes to strengthen the case that feminism is a mental disorder.

So Jack now believes "feminism is a mental disorder". What a quiet well considered guy he is.

The MRA movement needs to give him a stiff word now and again before he loses them any more supporters, don't they?

If the foiled plans of one feminist-identified Schizophrenic condemns an entire trans-national cultural, economic, and political movement, does the raping, mutilating, and killing by MILLIONS of men, of women, animals, the environment, each other, condemn an entire sex? (Awkwaaaard.)

Usually I remind the MRA types that it's radical feminists who are the MOST kind to men, since we believe all of this is something men are taught and often forced into doing, not who they actually-are, but then I of course remember that MRAs flatly-deny factual reality, which is why they're MRAs. :D

Valerie is just one example of many. The entire movement of feminism is condemned by it own actions and rhetoric. Again, Valerie is just one example.Feminism is feminism is feminism. Placing a prefix on the word doesn't change much. Feminism is a movement based on hatred and violence. Radical feminists are.more honest since they freely admit that they hate men and masculinity.

I have also repeatedly asked him to identify which "men's rights" feminists have destroyed (as he and other MRAs claim we have). He has yet to provide that information, and likely never will because we haven't destroyed any men's rights, and it is the norm for him not to respond when he either can't figure it out or knows that what we have said is right, and what he accuses us of is completely false.

Found a news item a few days ago on FB,where a young lady was beheaded for using face book in Syria.Only men are allowed to use social media,with out fear.
Id say feminism is needed.

Applaud you for admitting that you made a mistake in above statements. It takes guts to admit when your wrong. You stock just went up a couple of points.
Which is worse.
Feminists not being able to see reality or feminists seeing reality and choosing to reject it.

Being an honest man I always admit when I am wrong.There seems to be alot of anti Islam post on FB and I will be paying closer attention to who is posting.
However,I stand by my statement that a feminist movement is much needed there.More freedom for the women can only lead to more freedom for all.I am glad to live in a place where my daughters are free to do as they please and chase any dreams they may have,without fear.With out the feminist movement before them,they still may not be able to enjoy the right of equal education,equal employment,an equal voice in our laws.
Yes Feminist are able to see reality and actualy act upon it rather than moan and whine.

my response: More hypocrisy. We continuously see how many MRAs (particularly on AVfM) don't see reality or take too kindly to it.

Feminist don't reject reality. Feminists see reality and when that reality is that people are being discriminated against because of misogyny they fight to change the situation. Feminists make reality better !
