I What Should I Do

So this girl I've been friends with for a long time sent a text saying that she hasn't been able to go to sleep because of her nightmares and that sleeping with someone else always helped her. I'm not sure if she is suggesting that she wants me to or what. What should I say/do?

It's a not-so-subtle hint that she wants you to, yes. What you should do depends entirely on whether you want to or not.
