I can certainly understand, sometimes it hard for me seeing couple play/goof around with each other while in a store or something, just being playful and silly with each other because I miss having that special connection where you do all the extra special little stuff with someone special. :)
@kitkat2906 sounds you you're maybe thinking about it? ... but it makes you nervous? ...
I honestly don't know the best advice for that, but I would maybe suggest do it slowly, like just get yourself to tell one person one thing... not too much, don't tell a lot, but one thing... and if it feels right keep going, if it doesn't then stick to that one thing.
Then maybe tell someone else, one other thing... and basically repeat.
That way you're getting yourself out there, but you're also limiting it and hopefully limiting the potential pain.
. I used to feel bad seeing couples together then I started to see couples together that did not seem as happy as they should be. The husband carrying the shopping bag - the wife talking down to him.. or the husband being short with his wife in public. Then I say to myself - thank God I dodged that bullet.
Most relationships don't work out. Some of them are real disasters. Most of what you are seeing is temporary infatuation and/or a brief affair. It is your own romantic imagination that makes it seem so special and wonderful. Very few of these couples are people to be envied.
