I Do Not Like Dealing With Stress, Stress Stresses Me Out

I use to work at a call center but then I quit after two months because I couldn't deal with the stress. Before I resigned, my family told me to stay there, my Mom even telling me that it's okay to be stressed out which upset me. I don't know if she knows this but stress kills.
