I Love a Good Massage

Has anyone had one of those hot stone massages? What are they like? Is it just the stones or is it a combination of that and also a regular massage? Most importantly, do you recommend it?

Mine was regular and then they took the stones out of a thing that looked like a fancy crockpot. Omg it feels so good.

They’re lovely. The one I had was a regular massage and near the end, they put the hot stones on your back.

@summergirl4fun Thanks and yes I am definitely going to do so. After 2 rounds of this and almost 2 months (And another to go) of no heavy lifting and no exercising except walking, I'm not going to risk messing it up when its almost behind me. And thank you!
