because it's not socially acceptable or do you not care?

lol I found this example on urban dictionary
"I dont talk about fisting turkeys during thanksgiving dinner, thats not socially acceptable"
I think I need to be a bit more "socially acceptable"

Yes!! I'm a teacher and interact with students, lots of parents, co-workers and I zip my lip constantly because the things I think are usually completely inappropriate!

Now I teach it and I help run the department! Can't imagine being in a different area of education. Just needed the exposure.

society. Lol. Like a social norm it's just behavior that is consider acceptable in a group or society. Of course it varies depending on the environment or situation and changes over time.
