Do you think people can be plain evil and really have no good side to them?

for all i know Hitler; Gadaffi; Amin; Mugabe; Hu jintao; Sayid Al Khamenei might have had a really nice side to their nature.
But the fact that, living or dead they are ALL renowned for the deaths of millions, makes that point a bit irrellevant.
