I became successful by age 20

it's exceptionally difficult to not point out that it should be than instead of as; it's been suggested to me a time or two. I suppose it might depend on which average you mean.

I work on stuffs that demands logical thinking. No amount of on job training can make you an expert, but you analytical abilities. So yes.
