So you want to know what's bugging me? Well here it is I have a crush on a minor at work yes I know I'm a sick person, but before you go and judge me, I don't want to have sex with him I just like him. I know it's wrong he's 16. I'm 26, I just feel stuck and I'm trying to move on because I know I'll find someone better. Way better. I don't know if he likes me he might, it's got to the point where I feel like I need to quit my job and find a new one because I've been having breakdowns at work I'm literally crying at work when I'm on my break because I feel disgusted with myself and keep telling myself to move on. So there you go

That's the legal age in a lot of places. Unfortunately the power gap is usually damaging to the younger person.

Crushes happen and in most cases once you get to know the person you wont be able to stand them, and being that he's a minor then it's a good idea to avoid him in any situation outside of work. In other words, don't get involved with him and don't bang him.
