If you want to shine like the sun, you ve got to burn like it too

'Burn' doesn't have to mean only pain and suffering. It can mean a powerful passionate drive - "a burning desire to be a jet pilot."

As in, if you want to shine, you have to [b][i]want[/i][/b] it, and you have to [b][i]work[/i][/b] for it.

The problem is. How much time do we have to waste? Life is short and meaningless

It depends what you define as success....where you put your values, and whether your perspective has clarity.

You can live a life in the glare of the sun, and never feel its heat warm you.

And there are those that manage to carry a brightness within them wherever they are.

Wisdom ....or broad perspective, is hard earned.

Its painful to change, to let go, to get back up, to try again.

I've not yet found one person who shines , who hasn't been burnt badly by life .


And as to pain and suffering ...every one responds differently .

But they do give perspective.
