What's the shortest time you've known someone before sleeping with them?

Mine is 2 months but I knew it was going be long term. I've always waited 3 months.

I had only met the person a couple times, but it was a threesome that my girlfriend at the time wanted. Besides that, all my partners I’ve known for a year or better. Most of them several years as friends.
