I hate shopping

I need new walking shoes. Which means I must face the overstimulation of brightly lit shops and chatty sales people. Hopefully they don’t bamboozle me with friendliness and I drop three times as much $$$ just to escape. I’m aware this is a very first world problem. Thank you for listening

I like to be assisted when I ask for help. It’s either smother us with help or no one is around to ask these days depending on where you shop and if the sales people work on commission.

@Notladylike and they know it. I buy what I came there to buy if they have my size. Otherwise I turn on my heel and walk out. Very frustrating when it happens like that and I hate to be high-pressured by sales people. If they do that when I walk in the door I turn around and leave.

@Azlotto I thought about going to Walmart after going to the grocery store and I thought “nah I’m OK for another month or two”. Eventually I’ll have to get the parakeets some seeds.
