i love eating em once cooked but preparing them is a nightmare. my eyes are really sensitive and within seconds i can barely see what I'm doing.

@Talesfromthedarkside i found out chewing gum or sucking on a mint helps. not completely but i can get em cut n in the pot/pan without losing a digit.

I like them but can't tolerate them very well these days due to acid reflux issues. I can have them in moderation if they're well cooked.
