Either Halloween or New Years. I like July 4th because of the fireworks but that's an America-only holiday and many other countries have fireworks on their independence day.

Same could be said about New Years

Not nearly so much though. As where every single country has its own independence day, most countries celebrate New Years on one of three days, whether it be the end of December, the Chinese New Year, or the Muslim lunar calendar.
