Stay sane and learn how to trust the people around you, and if necessary call my new compassionate hotline called "Just Uss" now in the central Oklahoma ragion, but I can take calls from anywhere. I'll tell you stuff about why its hard to get general or specific help for anything from anyone and why people are paranoid by design and why you are lonely, and its not what you think, and I will tell you how to make a master list of things that are actually available in your area, in housing, basic income and public safety...

@Elevatorpitches I’m so over them, I don’t usually contact hotlines so that was kind of annoying. My only issue is not being able to vent and untangle my thoughts, I spend so much time being there for other people so my needs get put to the side. I have a place to live and a full time job so some would say that I “should” be happy and stop thinking so much but it’s like, how can I turn off something I’ve been feeling since I was a preteen.

@Fantasyproject The hotlines couldn't care less about anything you feel unless it will make them $$$$$ and that is you as an inpatient. Don't let them play you. Get into journaling and sort out your feelings and thoughts that way. Turn your work into poetry or music and do some open mike nights, I am myself just getting into that.
And remember the psychiatric racket is designed to fool you about what it is, which is a siphon for more organized crime. The coersion is at heart the WTF item....in a helping community no one has to be coerced. The drugging is not ok or people would welcome it and show why its helping. The force behind medical psychology and psychiatry is at heart the basic fraud. Its a big branch of public safety because we the people are supposed to assume certain behavior will lead to certain other behavior.
Same reasion why most people can't count on a job interview at Lowes hardware stores just for the asking. They think they know you. The medical racket and educational racket to say nothing of the daily worka grind your life away racket ...think they have you on a fork.
