Well now let's see.....
Business was tanking and governments threw money at the money-makers not the businesses that needed it.
And while we're all coming to terms with massive deficits to pay off as a result of THAT miscalculation, and STILL no business being done anywhere, along comes this virus thing (let's not get into WTH the U.S were doing running flights from Wuhan to the rest of the world when everybody else had stopped so enabling the spread of this thing) where we went from a state of denial that the thing even existed to plague like numbers of deaths all over the world inside the first five months of the year !
So institutions are crumbling. Governments are worthless and the human cost is incalculable at this time.
And nobody's even talking about the unacceptable numbers of deaths in old folks homes which i think is disgraceful since it clearly illustrates everything that is wrong with the western care sector anywhere !
And while they all refuse to heed the lessons this thing will roll round and round until there's an effective treatment for it.
And even THEN what's the betting, the way healthcare and medication costs are calculated, those who need it most are most likely to be denied ?
