I don't know why I am crying once again...do you?

I am just following my morning routine, but the tendonitis in my right hand is so painful this morning I had to sit still for a bit and just ice my hand...and then I started thinking about Ingrid Bergman in a movie called the Inn of the 6th Happiness, and all the extremely restrained but tear jerking moments in the movie...like the moment when the very last trucks provided for refugees are about to leave without the orphans, but Ingrid Bergman tells the orphans to SING...loudly and bravely...and they do...and someone HEARS them...and they make it...just in time.

And I am just sitting there...haven't seen that movie in years...icing my painful hand...and I don't know why I am shedding tears once again for those brave orphans.

So why is your hand hurting? Could there be ways to avoid it from hurting like wrist

@smileylovesgaming I have carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis in my right hand. The surgeon cancelled my appointment on April 30th due to covid19, and her secretary asked me to call them back in the middle of May to see how things are with appointments.

I have a brace I can wear at night to prevent the wrist from feeling like it is sprained, but it pushes on the back of my hand and makes my hand swell up.

@4meAndyou I’m so sorry for your pain. I too am waiting to see if I can have surgery. I have an appointment on Monday with the surgeon to see if he will proceed with the surgery due to covid19. Mine is a breathing issue, I’m trying to be patient. I’m not in pain, but if this gets much worse, it could become emergent. Hang in there. Maybe smoke some pot if you have some, it will relieve the pain some.

@Mbingh01 You would have to pay me a million dollars before I would smoke pot again. I am very sensitive to it. It causes an anxiety attack every time. I am trying to get the swelling down. I've taken some ibuprofen.

@SW-User I have every pain relieving patch, lotion and cream known to man. They don't really work...my hand is badly swollen and I can't straighten my fingers.
