How to stop having nightmares?

It's becoming a problem.
Effloresce · 26-30, F
My sleep paralysis nightmares stopped once I fixed my sleep schedule and started waking up and going to sleep at the same time every morning and night. Maybe something similar would help you

@GlitterBug [c=#4C0073]that would help, to be relaxed. If you have lovely scented oils or candles, try it out just before sleep :)[/c]

I personally write it in my journal and at the end of every week I burn the pages. it helps...but I still get them. I suggest investing in a body pillow...its good to cuddle with. You can also message me. you know I'm always around you're not alone I can promise you that 🤗

I stopped mine with lucid dreaming.
You have to be aware you are in a dream state first.

I’m still working on it. Taking anti-anxiety and PTSD medication plus therapy.
