How do you feel about someone sharing personal info with you in private online?

I don't have a problem with it. In private, they can share what they want to share, just as I share what I want to share. It isn't like a facebook post with no restriction on who can see it.

It makes me feel like I'm interacting with an actual human being because it helps me to form some picture of the person in my mind.

Depends though, in case it's their first message to me, I feel very uncomfortable. 😬

I'm pretty okay with it. I can understand getting an outside view on a situation at times.

Fine, as long as it stays private.
