Lucky Shirt, Lucky Day (hopefully?)

Every year on this day i just so happen to wear this exact same shirt. So I'd like to think of this as my "lucky shirt". Every year I lose one button. As you can see in 2017 I have all three, in 2018 I only have two, and now this year in 2019 I have just one button left. What this means is unknown. Is it an omen or a sign of growth and things to come? I have a Mental Health Appointment today. After years of procrastinating maybe I can finally get some much needed help as well as some answers and explanations to the entity known as "Me". Wish me luck friends.
