Why does there always have to be family drama?

Last few days have been a bit hectic for me. Parents arguing and sister and dad constantly at each other’s throats. Oma is also giving me a hard time, mainly over insisting her way is best despite things having changed since she was my age. Just once I’d like to have a normal conversation without any yelling or fighting. It’s not always safe on the sidelines.
