Has anyone ever told you: 'The day's half over.' When you get out of bed?

Lol people are really stubborn about old rules like that. Did you know it’s not even necessarily “better” to get up early than late? It has different benefits but one isn’t necessarily “better” than the other.

Yes. I can't stand that! The day is half over at 12PM, not 9AM. It's just stupid shit from the Baby Boomer generation

Oh and this reminds me of when I worked late evening shift for a store and my dad was hounding me about getting up late. Bullshit. 🙄

The day doesn't begin until 1:30-12 noon at my house. lol

No one has ever told me that but if they did, the look on my face would have them rethinking their life choices, later, when they had a moment to themselves, they’d wonder where they went wrong, and if it was too late to turn back.
