Should men be able to hit back against women?

They are already able.

I'm all about fairness. But the strength between man and woman IS different. There are women who probably stronger, but most men are much stronger. So if a man got hit by a woman one time and you've tried to talk sense into that woman but she just would not listened and keep punching, then maybe you can hit back, THOUGH, please don't go full power. But the first suggestion I would give to anyone, do not be the one who start the punching.

One should be able to reasonably defend themselves against a person assaulting them, depending on what the situation calls for.

What if the woman has a knife? If I'm in that situation, that person being a woman is irrelevant.

Fairness depends on the individuals. Some women are more than capable of taking most men.
