LOl, oh I so hear you on this. I've been "in" two weddings and so much prefer just being a guest. Actually, the most fun I've ever had at a wedding is when I was the guest of a guest (I was his "+1"). I didn't know anyone there and just had a blast.

And they've become very complicated (and expensive) now-a-days. Everyone's trying to out-do everyone else. It's one of the few benefits of old age - you only have to go to them, not be involved in them!
