What is a hug for your soul ?

I feed the crows daily,and sometimes a couple of hundred fly over me,cawing and quarking,and I know it is my honour.Love those crowboys!

The smiles of my baby grandaughter.
The smiles of the three daughters I´ve rised as a single dad.
The memories of the smiles of a woman that I loved.

Watching my favorite shows or movies. You know the ones that make you "feel".💕

Being outdoors down by the river. The sun and the heat hug me and renew my soul with a great big hug.☺
