How do you disappear?

I want to disappear. I’m tired of having to hide all of my feelings and not having anyone to talk to. I’m tired of working the same dead end job and being bitched at for things that aren’t my problem. I’m sick of friends and family being unsupportive of me and trivializing my experiences. I just want to disappear. I just want to be happy.
