Have you ever had one person interact with you on two different accounts?

I just found out this morning that someone used my pic as an avatar with my name!
A fake profile.
Thankfully with the help of a brilliant friend here it was taken down this evening!
I didn't have a clue!
And I went to check on the profile it had me blocked!
Thank christ it's over with!

People think they are subtle and mysterious, but usually you can tell in a couple of sentences. How someone writes is as distinctive as a face. It was fascinating at first but then it gets tiresome.

Not here but it’s happened on Instagram before. I knew this guy who had like 6 accounts and all of them surprisingly had lots of followers and posts.. I could tell it was him though from the way he typed and the things he posted. It was pretty weird and I was highly confused as to why anyone would even do that lol I mean what’s the point 🤷‍♂️

Yes, someone here had befriended me. Out of the blue they blocked me, and then shortly after deleted their account. A month later they came back with a new account, and began chatting with me again. Once again out of the blue they blocked me with no reason, and shortly after deleted their account. A couple months later, same person, new account and they started sending me messages. I told them I'm sorry, but I could did not want to be treated like that again, so I blocked them. I never heard from them since. S.W. can be interesting, can't it?

Just in bad ways. I find trolls like to come after me once I blast them. I still know it is them. And some like to spy upon me. Who'd have known? I do. And pretending to be someone else doesn't fly either. I see.

Yeah it was weird. Didn’t know they were the same person at first but when I did find out things got really awkward.

There are some sneaky bastards here who blocked me but created other accounts just to stalk me. It has happened.

Yes. She actually had more than that. It became disturbing and she was very troll like in her activity. Glad it wasn’t a love interest.

I've suspected it, but have yet to confirm. That would get an automatic block from me. I don't care who you are, that's creepy.

Not that I’m aware of. But I hardly interact with people here anyway. Especially through PMs.

You will probably not believe this but a guy messaged me out of the blue and told me his stomach hurt. Then he said, “I’m going to delete now. Anything you want to tell me before I do?” I ignored and a day later a new account messaged me and told me his “stomach hurts really bad”. 😂

Several times. It's never successful.

Not that I know of they may have more than one account and I may have chatted with more than one but I don't really care . If they want to pretend to be more than one person good for them as long as all the accounts don't try to hurt anyone else. It's like going to a movie theater and not sure what movie you want to watch.

YES...😏they think they are so clever but I always figure it out. It went okay since I realize they are really just talking to themselves....okay and easy to ignore.

Yes, that has happened on occasions, and by more than one user. There'll be at least a little handful around that practices this.
