I saw a debate about someone posting that Psychology is not a real science on an Open University (OU) student page on Facebook

What are you thoughts on this?

Science is all theory based on research.
Psychology is theory based on research.

Some theories are more credible than others. Not sure what makes it any less of a science here?

I don't think it is as empirical,the accidental discovery of psychoactive drugs saved their bacon
