It starts up with a silly list.
I have this friend here, he recommended me to make 1-2 mandatory tasks I set myself each day. That's what he does, that he has to complete for sure. And then he has additional small missions, that aren't as mandatory as those first 2 ones.
I made myself somewhat of a different schedule that I at least try to follow each day - been slacking at it lately.
Just make your own list, follow it every day, and you'll see that you'll begin to feel much better about yourself, you'll even see progress.
