What illusion are you currently chasing?

I’m done with chasing illusions, it’s too devastating in the end.

I’d rather not go into graphic detail about how I handle it when I’m on my knees. Right know I’ve stayed off my knees for a while.

Same as I always do, pick up the pieces and place them in my chest, with those of my heart, and onward we shall go, through this thing we call life. And if I should happen upon a soul who wishes to know me, I'll share with then the broken bits, they call it a scrap book because it's made of small pieces of larger things.

I don't chase illusions. I only chase what I know is attainable for me. This way, I'm never disappointed.

My kids are growing up. One has already left. In 2 years I'll be an empty nester

I am currently chasing the illusion that solitude will bring me contentment.

Suicide, maybe? (Hopefully.)

I have done a swot analysis of myself, so I know what is attainable and what is not 😁

I can “maintain” the marriage until my son finishes high school.
