Does this website do anything for your self-esteem?

I suppose for me, it makes me feel good sometimes. But that's only when people actually respond and react to what I have to say. And that is a seldom seen phenomenon a good 90% of the time.

@SW-User I'm with you on that one. I still post because sometimes the general response I get from people makes me feel less alone, but most of the time, it makes me feel the exact opposite.
