Lost 15 pounds just doing that. I gotta get back into it again though. Right now, my weight just kinda maintained itself despite my efforts. So, I'm gonna do this for a good while but I'm still gonna train like I usually do. :D
Note: take vitamins or something equivalent like those protein shakes. Nothing sucks more than getting cramps and feeling even more like hell.
