How do you stop comparing yourself and your life to other people?

Get busy and work and do things you want to do. You end up having no time to think about others and instead focus everything on worrying about your own shit.

Seeing how self defeating that is, I learned to no longer do that. It keeps us stuck, jealous and inauthentic to our true selves.
Realize that the inside of somebody's life is not as easy or grand as it looks from the outside.
So true...everyone has her or his own cross to bear.

Take a break from social media or whatever it is that makes you feel that way. Keep busy, focus on you, take on a hobby if you have time for one

FIND something you love to do and do it with all the gusto you have...(most people call this a hobby but it could become a creer) plan a secondary thought to fill in the space/ replace negative Thoughts. If it’s causing depression, see a doctor and talk about depression. I don’t compare myself to others because I’m depressed without doing that. I would not want to add the world as a mirror to myself!!!!! I don’t think I could handle that burden. I wish you success in your search for inner strength and self acceptance.

just be yourself and just be happy with just being yourself and stop caring what other people think that way you can and will naturally stop comparing yourself with others... that's how I did it

By simply stopping. You never understand their struggles as you don't comprehend their apparent success. If only you were able to walk in their shoes ..
