How do you usually feel on your birthday?

Like shit.. because I never wanted to be here

This past year, I felt depressed which is very unusual. I spent my birthday in bed. The older I get, I'm so humbled and grateful for my life.

heartbroken. I try to not care.
As a child, my birthday was less about me and more about putting on the right show for others. The one day a year that you get to be happy, have cake and do something silly fun has never been about me at all. And really, never involved silly fun.
As an adult, my birthday is nothing more than a nuisance that my husband has to halfheartedly pretend to care about. The only birthday cake I get is the one I make me if I care to.

Thought this was a fun post. I forgot my birthday this time until I saw 15 missed calls and a text message from my mom 😅

The same way I feel every other day.

first congrats I got was from a political party, I had to ask around to see who they were ...what can I say/my bday was 6 nov lol

It starts out with excitement and ends in disappointment

Loved....my family and some friends always make sure to wish me a happy birthday.
