I don't know about "traditional"... The first thing that comes to mind is that I only use cloth menstrual pads during my period... Probably won't win me any "wow you're cool and I resonate with that" points.

@Generalissimo Idk there's a lot of shame built around women's periods and for girls and women who don't use tampons. I post for the possibility there's one person that reads my comment and feels better in knowing they're not alone.
