I am not sure of this situation.
I usually talk to people when I miss them and stop talking to them when they give me a reason to stop
even longing for them. I think it is better that these feelings are clear so that such a situation does not happen

Yeah, when you stop talking to people and wonder why sometime later so you talk again and realise- "ohhhhh, that's why".
