Is it weird that the Nextdoor neighbour I go out of my way to avoid seems to know when it is I wake up each morning?

I was walking back from the shops earlier and he caught me as I was walking past his yard. Apparently the leaves of my last remaining tree (This prick had chopped down the others without permission) is brushing up against his shed and he wanted to cut the branches back cause the sound annoys him.
Annoys him. Like the Turkeys, Geese, chooks, rooster and 2 working dogs he keeps in his yard and keeps me awake all night with their cacophony doesn't annoy anybody at all!
But seeing how the tree in question had half toppled over during a storm and that I haven't got around to clearing it away myself. (Cause I'm lazy like that.) I think I may let him do the job if he wants to.
