You were born because your parents wanted you. Or weren't careful enough to avoid getting your mom knocked up.

As far as why you should live, that's pretty much up to you. There isn't really a higher purpose unless you choose to believe that. You can do whatever you want. You have free will, you just gotta accept the consequences.
