What kind of 'White Noise' do you listen to at night when your trying to sleep?

My girlfriend's stupid weird looking cat crying because she can't reach the bug on the ceiling and the old sweet cat screaming because she wants to be pet.

My mom leaves the t.v. on so i always have that

A fan or a fan app (even though they make different sounds)

I love the sound of the fan in summer but I often have classical music playing, but why the fuck they play some insane Beethoven in the middle of the night sometimes, I'll never know.

I have a little clock/radio that I tune to a talk station.
Just put the 'sleep' function on for an hour and I'm usually asleep within half an hour.

I use a fan at night as well. When I’m away from home I use a white noise app on my phone.

I have an app. Sometimes it's the chime sound or the OM sound.

Whatever outside. As long it's not a blood curdling scream
