Anyone know how to hide cuts?

I ended up giving in and cutting. My best friend said if I do it she will tell my mom (making things worse) which means my mom is going to find out. The problem is that they're deeper than normal (also where a vein is, kinda hoped I would go deep enough). I am scared to tell anyone I know in real life about it.
