I have a cat. I love pets, I love my cat.. In the time with a friend today I learned she felt some people loved their pets more than humans, this all came with me saying nothing, I only had to say, you know I love you, jealousy is an angry beast. I still love my cat, like I love you?
Animals effortlessly maintain their raw being. "Adult" Humans not so much, especially these days.

Dogs for sure are inferior to us by far, although in fairness, that's our fault for slowly morphing them into clown-like parodies of their wild ancestors.
