Facts, undoubtedly, but it seems there's a recent trend of people branding themselves as no-nonsense facts-first straight shooters who are actually the complete opposite.

Today? Fear of offending someone comes first.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@FreeSpirit1 That, in tandem with fear of things that present no threat.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@FreeSpirit1 That's a really good point and a sad commentary on all of us.

My opinion specifically.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@SW-User That's quite a bit of confidence. Is it real?
SW-User
First people have opinions , then come the facts and prove how stupid they are

@BlueMetalChick everyone I know forms first their retarded opinions based on their faulty beliefs and even when later they learn the facts, they still stick to their opinion. Only the smart and wise people , about 1% of the whole population dont
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@SW-User And isn't it funny how the dumber their opinions and stronger their denial of facts, the louder they are about it?
SW-User
@BlueMetalChick I dont know. Maybe.
SW-User
It depends on the person doing the thinking.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@SW-User Yes. No. Let me know what additional questions you have.
SW-User
@MarkPaul None. I'm a reasonable person. Have fun.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M

@LvChris In a way. The two are usually distinguished by the idea that agnostics aren't sure if there's a god, and atheists are certain. But in my mind, everyone is an agnostic because nobody knows if they're right. The most we can do is form a belief. Mine is that there's no god, but fuck, I could be wrong.

@LvChris Yeah that sounds a fair bit like what I believe. Because I obsess over people's painful lack of interest in the human itself, and prefer to look outside for sources of inspiration, I often find myself awestruck and appalled by how we can arrogantly pretend we know whether there is or is not a god.

@djcam You can't "debunk" an opinion, but you can find fallacies in it.
