Will anger ever find a way to understanding self happiness?

Abstraction · 61-69, M
Out of control, anger is a emotion that prompts action with very little logic (amygdale - fight or flight part of brain). In deep anger your ability to think properly (prefrontal cortex) is reduced. Anger without control is usually damaging.

But if you have anger in control, then it is an emotion that can prompt us to take action on things that need to be addressed.

One has to go through anger to find happiness

@MikefromEP I am not playing mind games

Can I ask what you two are talking about?
Tinkerhell · 41-45, F
I would say no, as both are normal human emotions. It's the balance that makes all the difference.

@MikefromEP A meeting for what exactly?
MikefromEP · 51-55, M
@Tinkerhell Self.

@MikefromEP My self is doing quite well, thanks for the concern though.
I am sure that once ridden of our often 'paddling dips' into conceit and unabated treachery, there will. perhaps, be a more profitable union...

@EugenieLaBorgia Gritting teeth?
It’s a grievance so it’s unavoidable sometimes. You’re actually doing yourself a disservice by pretending you are not angry. (I don’t mean you).

We all have anger inside us even if we are happy.
Perhaps. But it tends to be the long way around.
