When did you last check yourself out in the mirtor?

I just did for the first time in years. I'm not really sure if I should feel dumb, or be happy that my mental health has improved so much.

I do that for a 5 minute period, once a day. It's a part of my recovery. Supposed to make things better. Not so much. I am not sure how that works for mental health. Best wishes on recovery

@AJKnoz it might help to pick a feature. Disability of any kind is tricky,

I dislike my face, but my ass is amazing. Pick something to focus on, and the more you start feeling sexy about one thing, the more your general confidence will rise.
