I accidentally drove in the wrong lane last night...

Thankfully nothing bad happened! The road was poorly lit and it was very hard to see the island divisions on the highway; even with my headlights on. It didn't help that it was a tad foggy out too. Once i realized what had happened I breathed and justly fixed the situation and made it off safely! Thank goodness! However I'm reflecting on it right now and I feel such a twist of emotions about it; I cant seem to " Let it go". Any tips on how to just let it be!?
