When is anger a good thing?

TheLoveAge · 36-40, F
Releasing it, acknowledging its a valid emotion and giving it a healthy outlet. And usually after releasing it clarity comes. And better understanding of its roots.

Anger comes from feeling lack of power/control in someway. So long as you don't suppress it and can release it, channeling that energy in safe & constructive ways (some creative expression and working out physically) you can see why you have this anger and maybe trace it to where it originated. Emotions like anger don't have control you but let them show you what you need to know of them to be free🕊
