Maybe you're good at singing so concentrate most time on that? I don't mean to sound funny!! But just an example. Maybe you like education see how far that takes you?

Stop pretending. That's the first thing you have to do. The second thing you have to do is to not let others hold expectations on you. You're the one who should hold expectations on yourself, for your own sake, not theirs. Those two things helped me out of the pit you're stuck in right now.
